Boardsmill Stud Fees for 2013
Boardsmill Stud have announced the stud fees for their two sires
Kalanisi will stand at €4,000
October 1st terms. This is an exciting year for Grade 1 sire Kalanisi
with his first Boardsmill crop just turned four years old. Already
the signs are good with his first two National Hunt runners from
this crop both just touched off on their respective debuts in Junior
The Richard Phillips trained Ifits A Fiddle was beaten ½
length into 2nd on her only start to date in November with the winner
following up under a penalty to win her 2nd bumper since.
Kalucci, trained by Barry Brennan, also ran with great promise by
going down by just ¾ length on his only start to date in
December. The winner of his race, Master Red subsequently realised
£100,000 at Brightwells Cheltenham Sale when selling to Donald
Court Cave will stand at €3,500
October 1st terms.
Court Caves profile continues
to rise this season. Champion Court has continued his ascent up
the chasing ladder with a fine 4th in the Grade 1 King George Chase
whilst exciting young novice hurdler Court Minstrel has been placed
in Grade 1 and Grade 2 events.
Other exciting youngsters to
appear since November include the debut bumper
winners Clondaw Court (WP Mullins), Wadswick Court (C Longsdon),
Hellorboston (D McCain) and Big Casino (K Burke) as well as unbeaten
hurdler Hold Court (E Williams).
