Court Cave has covered a full book of mares in his first season at stud. The 3 year old is limited to 65 mares in each of his first two seasons at stud. Court Cave has proved extremely fertile in his initial year with 55 mares already confirmed in foal, while there are still some more yet to be scanned.

Boardsmill Stud owner William Flood was delighted with the diversity of the mares which his stallion obtained- “Court Cave has proved extremely fertile and has covered an excellent book of both flat and National Hunt mares. The flat bred mares include the dam of Sartorial (Group 3 winner and Group 2 placed) and a sister of the impressive 2yo of 2004 Kay Two (Group 3 and Listed placed), while the National Hunt bred mares include the dams or sister of Be My Belle, Strath Royal, Addington Boy, Chirkpar, Glens Music and Over The First to name just a few”.
