Reefscape wins Group 1 Prix Du Cadran at Longchamp yesterday

Reefscape who is out of a sister of Wemyss Bight (Dam of Court Cave) was the impressive winner of the Group 1 Prix Du Cadran at Longchamp yesterday.

Trained by Andre Fabre, the son of Linamix quickened in the manner of a class act and skated clear of his rivals halfway up the straight and ran out a comfortable winner by 2 lengths. The Ascot Gold Cup will be the main target next year for this home bred entire of Khalid Adbullah’s.

Reefscape is out of the winning Sadlers Wells mare Coraline who now becomes the 3rd daughter of Bahamian to produce a Group 1 winner, emulating her half sisters Wemyss Bight (dam of 4 time Group 1 winning miler Beat Hollow and Court Cave) and Hope (Dam of Champion Sprinter Oasis Dream and French 1,000 Guineas winner Zenda).
